The Purchasing Process and Registration Codes
When you purchase a license to use NumberMate, you receive a Registration Code that you use, along with your name, to enable those program functions which are disabled in the evaluation version of NumberMate. If you supply a company name on the order form in addition to your name, then the company becomes the licensee, and the company name must be used along with the Registration Code to enable all the program's functions.
Immediately after our order processor
processes your order, you receive two email messages. One message from sales@emetrix.com contains a receipt for your purchase. The other message from support@numbermate.com contains a temporary Registration Code, good for 30 days, that you can use to immediately enable all of NumberMate's functions. It also contains the procedure for entering the Registration Code.
When we read the email message from Emetrix notifying us of your purchase, we send you a license certificate via email that contains your permanent Registration Code.
Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your permanent Registration Code within 48 hours of receiving the temporary one. If you do not receive your permanent code within 48 hours of receiving the temporary code, email us at sales@numbermate.com.

Purchase Order Guidelines
- We accept purchase orders from qualified corporations and organizations on orders of $100.00 or more.
- All purchase orders must be submitted on customer Company Letterhead.
- The Purchase Order number must appear on the actual purchase order.
- The quantity & exact price of each product ordered (in US Dollars) must appear on the P.O.
- Emetrix must be listed as Payee or Vendor.
Also please provide:
- Company Name, shipping, and billing addresses
- Company telephone and fax numbers
- Full name & Email Address of person that will be receiving the product electronically
- For customers outside of the U.S. - Three credit references (with contact name and direct telephone number) from U.S. based companies that you have done business with via purchase order within the last 6 months.
For faster delivery of product(s) please consider paying by credit card, check (drawn on a US Bank ), money order, or wire transfer.

Registered users can purchase a CD containing the latest version of NumberMate for $9.95 (US dollars). The price includes shipping to any place in the world.
No registration code is delivered with the CD. You use the registration code on your license certificate.
